AI Domain Seller Guidelines and Comments
1. Any and all domains must be related to the topic of ai. They can end with .com, .ai, or other extensions. We will be adding another page soon for more listings.
2. Our preference is that that they are excellent, brief, strong-value domains that are not too costly for buyers. There are many good ai domains that are going for sometimes inflated prices like $50,000 to half a million or more.
While some high-dollar examples may be valid and considered for listing, our intention is to offer mostly quality domains that are priced at a level more attractive to most people.
Going over some of the existing examples on the website may give you a sense of the criteria. If you're not sure, you can always submit your domain(s) using the Contact Form and they will be reviewed.
3. Buyers and sellers must be protected. A link to purchase the domain must be done through a trusted and well-known 3rd party. If you need guidance with that, simply ask and we'll try to help. Listing it with Godaddy and Afternic is one common solution and there are others.
4. The fee to be listed covers up to an annual period of time. Therefore, it's usually just paid only once. We never bill again UNLESS you want that option by requesting another year after the initial 12 months are over if it didn't sell.
Keep in mind that many domains sell within the first month or two after being listed.
This service is paid for before being published on the list. Generally your domains get added to the list and published within a day or two from the date of your payment.
Your listing will last until it is sold, and for up to one year if it does not sell during that time.
Modest Fees . . .
The one-time fee for being listed on Great AI Domains for up to a full year is 5% of your asking price if the domain is below $400. No monthly costs.
(Example - Fee would be $17.50 for a $350 domain until it sells, or expires after 12 months.)
The fee is 4% if your asking price is from $400 to $1,499.
The fee is 3% if your asking price is $1,500 to $2,999.
The fee is 2% if your asking price is $3,000 to $3,999.
The fee is 1% if your asking price is $4,000 or more. (That equates to a $40 payment on a domain of this price for a service that lasts up to a year.)
